Physical exercise and sports are generally associated with beauty, diet and weight loss.

It has been shown that sport, if practiced without excess and regularly, can prevent and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress.
It not only improves your health and reduce stress and anxiety, it helps to relax tense muscles and helps you sleep.
A sedentary lifestyle represents a serious health risk: the lack of movement, in fact, reduces the efficiency of the immune system and increases the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
Suffice it to say that, without counting the time spent sleeping, we spend sitting on average 9.3 hours a day.
Of all the body workouts available, running is certainly one of the most complete practices because it has a “circular” relationship with the mind: running helps the mind and the mental state influences the running, thus creating a virtuous circle of well-being.
